Nondiscrimination Policy
Seattle Pacific University prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates. Individuals may report concerns or questions to the Title IX Coordinator. The notice of nondiscrimination is located on the Nondiscrimination and Title IX webpages.
If you have a question regarding the application of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities, you may contact the University’s Title IX Coordinator or the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both.
Concerns of Discrimination, Discriminatory Harassment, or VAWA Offense may be submitted to members of the Response Team in person, by phone, email, or through the online Report a Concern form.
